“I believe in God…”
These four words are the beginning of a statement of faith that has been shared and recited by Catholics and many Christian denominations since it was first formulated in 325 AD. But more than a matter of belief, the Nicene Creed is a profession of faith and a commitment to a life in God – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
During this Jubilee of Hope, you are invited to discover the deeper meaning of each phrase and section of the Creed, enriching your own profession of faith. Each week, we will delve into a different section of the Creed, exploring contemporary insights and historical context.
Come and discover the timeless truths that have united believers for centuries. All are welcome to deepen their faith and connection to this ancient declaration.
