Women of the Passion: Women of Courage, Compassion, and Conviction

April 8 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Attend onsite or online

$15 suggested donation

During our Lenten pilgrimage, we are often looking in detail to the movements of Jesus on his Via Dolorosa, his Way of the Cross. We don’t often take time to notice those that Jesus was gazing upon as he endured his Passion; the women who companioned him in his pain and anguish, offered him anointing, compassion, and courage. This presentation will slow down our Lenten pilgrimage to take a lingering loving gaze at those whom Jesus gazed upon. Some women will be quickly recognizable others have been diluted by history. Having spent time with these women of the Passion, we will find inspiration and wisdom to walk our via dolorosas with courage, compassion, and conviction.
