Strengthen your gifts for serving Christ and the Church through this four‑part “deep dive” designed especially for all involved in parish life – pastoral councils, commissions, volunteers, small‑group leaders, liturgical ministers, and anyone who seeks to support the mission of their parish. Guided by Gospel values and the spirit of synodality, each evening explores a core skill essential to vibrant parish life: conflict resolution, intercultural communication, collaboration, and fostering communion. Attend onsite or online. Dinner is provided at 6:00 p.m. for onsite participants. All are welcome.
