Creating a Rule of Life for Faith, Work, and Relationships

Many people desire a deeper spiritual life but struggle to create rhythms that support it. Work, family obligations, and constant distractions can leave us feeling fragmented and reactive.

A rule of life is a simple, intentional framework that helps us align our values with our daily choices. Rooted in the Christian tradition, a rule of life is not about a rigid routine. It is about creating sustainable practices that nurture prayer, relationships, work, rest, service, and personal growth.

An interactive workshop to reflect on your current habits, identify areas where greater balance is needed, and begin developing a personalized Rule of Life that can serve as a practical guide for everyday discipleship.

Participants will:

  • Learn the purpose and history of a Rule of Life
  • Reflect on their current life rhythms
  • Explore healthy practices for prayer, work, relationships, and rest
  • Begin creating a personalized Rule of Life

This program is part of the series Living Wholehearted: Faith at Work.
